1. What we collect

We collect only what's necessary to run the service:

• Account data — your email address and display name when you sign up
• Trip content — trip names, itineraries, and reflections you create inside the app
• Travel preferences — signals we infer from your reactions and reflections to build your Travel DNA profile
• Usage data — basic analytics such as which features you use, to help us improve the product (no fingerprinting or cross-site tracking)

2. How we use it

• To provide and personalise the travel planning service
• To generate AI-powered itineraries and destination suggestions
• To improve and fix the product based on aggregate usage patterns
• To send service-related emails (no marketing without your consent)

3. AI and your data

Your trip content and travel preferences are sent to AI providers (such as Anthropic) solely to generate responses for you. We do not permit these providers to use your data to train their models. We do not sell your data to any third party.

4. Data storage and security

Your data is stored on servers in the United States. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. We limit access to your data to team members who need it to support the service.

5. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction — update inaccurate information via your profile settings
• Deletion — delete your account at any time from your profile. We will anonymise your personal data within 30 days.
• Portability — request your trip data in a machine-readable format

6. Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies. If we introduce analytics, we'll update this policy and ask for your consent where required by law.

7. Children

Oh Go Here is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have done so, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. If we make material changes we'll notify you by email before they take effect. The date at the top of this page always shows when it was last updated.
