4. AI-generated content

Itineraries, destination descriptions, and travel suggestions are generated using AI and are provided for inspiration only. They are not professional travel advice. Always verify practical details — opening hours, visa requirements, bookings — from authoritative sources before you travel.

5. Your content

Trip notes and reflections you write belong to you. You grant us a limited licence to store and process them in order to provide the service (for example, to improve your travel profile). We don't sell your content or use it to train models without your explicit consent.

6. Availability

We aim to keep Oh Go Here available but can't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where possible.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oh Go Here is not liable for any travel disruptions, losses, or damages arising from use of the service. The service is provided as-is without warranty of any kind.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make material changes we'll notify you by email or in the app before they take effect. Continued use after that means you accept the updated terms.
